Common use of Joint Consultation Committee Clause in Contracts

Joint Consultation Committee. A Joint Consultation Committee shall be established to consider matters of mutual interest to the Association and the Board. Each party shall be entitled to up to three (3) representatives on this committee, and may from time to time as required, invite other persons to attend meetings of this committee if related to agenda items. The Committee shall meet bi-monthly when agenda items justify, during the term of this collective agreement, but not while bargaining for renewal is on-going. Agenda items will be exchanged in advance whenever possible. Meetings will normally be held during regular working hours, and committee members shall suffer no loss in pay or benefits while attending such meetings.
