Joint Consultation Committee. (a) A Joint Consultation Committee shall be established consisting of not less than two (2) nor more than three (3) representatives of the Employer and not less than two (2) nor more than three (3) representatives of the Union. Either party can request that a meeting be convened and such meeting must be held not later than fifteen (15) calendar days after the request has been made. Such time may be extended by mutual consent of both parties. However the parties shall meet at least once every two (2) months for the purpose of discussing issues relating to the workplace that affect the parties or any employee bound by this Agreement.
