JOB TRANSFERS. Any employee coming under this Agreement who is required to perform services regularly assigned to a lower classification shall continue to receive the pay of the employee's rated classification and any employee who performs services regularly assigned to a higher classification for eight (8) or more consecutive hours shall receive the pay for all hours worked in the classification.
