Job Posting Grievance Procedure. (a) At any time within 5 working days of first being advised of the non-selection, an employee may request a post interview. The Employer will schedule the interview within 20 working days of the request. The post interview process will include: • Job skill/recruitment process strengths and gaps • The competition threshold, along with weightings of each question, and; • A review of the employees graded work sample, along with the interview questions including the candidate’s answers and scores.
