Common use of Job Meetings Clause in Contracts

Job Meetings. The CMF shall schedule and conduct weekly, biweekly and monthly progress meetings as required by the Owner to be attended by the contractors, representatives of the Owner and the Design Consultant to discuss such matters as procedures, progress, quality of construction, problems, and scheduling. The CMF will take, transcribe, and distribute minutes of such meetings within five (5) working days after the meeting. The CMF’s Project Manager shall meet with the Owners Project Director at the jobsite on a daily basis to discuss the projects current status, any new issues and the contractor(s) work to be performed that day.
