Common use of Items to be Supplied & Agreed Unit Cost Clause in Contracts

Items to be Supplied & Agreed Unit Cost. (i) The “SUPPLIER NAME” shall provide to the procuring entity “Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority” the items on the agreed cost more specifically described in the Price Schedule Submitted by the Bidder and acceptable to by the procuring entity.
