Issuance and Administration of Contracts. NW, or its appointed designee, shall be responsible for issuing the Contracts and administering the Contracts and the Variable Account, including all Contract owner communications, provided, however, that Distributor, and its designated Office(s) of Supervisory Jurisdiction and Branch Office(s) (the "Office(s)") shall have full responsibility for the securities activities of all persons employed by NW, engaged directly or indirectly in the Contract operations, and for the training, supervision and control of such persons to the extent of such activities. Subject to Distributor's approval, NW reserves the right to delegate its duties set forth in this Section 6.h to a third party administrator.
Issuance and Administration of Contracts. Insurer shall be responsible for issuing the Contracts and administering the Contracts and the Separate Accounts, provided, however, that Distributor shall have full responsibility for the securities activities of all persons employed by Insurer, who are engaged directly or indirectly in the Contract operations and are identified as associated persons of Distributor, and shall have full responsibility for the training, supervision and control of such persons to the extent of such activities.

The Travelers shall be responsible for issuing the Contracts and administering the Contracts and each Separate Account and a Travelers affiliated broker-dealer shall have full responsibility for the securities activities of all persons employed by The Travelers, engaged directly or indirectly in the Contract operations, and for the training, supervision, and control of such persons to the extent of such activities.

TLAC shall be responsible for issuing the Contracts and administering the Contracts and each Separate Account and a Travelers affiliated broker-dealer shall have full responsibility for the securities activities of all persons employed by TLAC, engaged directly or indirectly in the Contract operations, and for the training, supervision, and control of such persons to the extent of such activities.

State Farm shall be responsible for issuing the Contracts and administering the Contracts and the Variable Account, provided, however, that Distributor shall have full responsibility for the securities activities of all persons employed by State Farm, engaged directly or indirectly in the Contract operations, and for the training, supervision and control of such persons to the extent of such activities.

Subject to Distributor’s approval, FNWL reserves the right to delegate its duties set forth in this Section 6.h to a third party administrator.

CILAC shall be responsible for issuing the Contracts and administering the Contracts and the Variable Account, provided, however, that CCMC shall have full responsibility for the securities activities of its Representatives and those acting on behalf of CCMC, engaged directly or indirectly in the Contract operations, and for the training, supervision and control of such persons to the extent of such activities.
Issuance and Administration of Contracts. Insurer, or its appointed designee, shall be responsible for issuing the Contracts and administering the Contracts and the Separate Account. Insurer reserves the right to delegate its duties set forth in this Section 8(f) to a third party administrator.
