ISFSI Island Sample Clauses

ISFSI Island. Tenant shall, at its expense, construct in a good and workmanlike manner an independent spent fuel storage installation (the “ISFSI Island”) in accordance in all material respects with the plans and specifications attached hereto as Exhibit C. Tenant shall be responsible, at its expense, for the maintenance and operation of the ISFSI Island during the period commencing on the date on which the same is substantially completed and expiring at the expiration or earlier termination of the Lease Term.

  • Massachusetts If I reside in Massachusetts, I acknowledge that the Company provided me with at least ten (10) business days to review and sign this Agreement, during which time I had the right to consult with counsel of my choice at my own expense.   • Formation of Limited Liability Company The Company was formed on January 13, 2017, pursuant to the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act, 6 Del. The Seventh Amended and Restated Partnership Agreement of the Operating Partnership has been duly and validly authorized, executed and delivered by or on behalf of the partners of the Operating Partnership and constitutes a valid and binding agreement of the parties thereto, enforceable in accordance with its terms, except to the extent that such enforceability may be limited by applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, fraudulent conveyance, reorganization, moratorium and other similar laws relating to or affecting creditors’ rights and remedies generally, and subject, as to enforceability, to general principles of equity and, with respect to rights to indemnity and contribution thereunder, except as rights may be limited by applicable law or policies underlying such law.
