Common use of ISDA Documentation Clause in Contracts

ISDA Documentation. Each of the parties acknowledges that the provisions of this Part 4 have been prepared on the basis that any hedging transaction entered into by any of the Obligors will be documented in the form of standard ISDA documentation. If this proves not to be the case, the Majority Senior Banks may by notice to the other parties hereto require such changes to be made to this Agreement as they reasonably consider necessary to give effect to the provisions of this Agreement in the light of the hedging documentation actually entered into by any Obligor.
