Involuntary Termination Without Cause or Resignation With Good Reason. In the event of either an involuntary termination of the Executive's employment Without Cause or a voluntary resignation by the Executive for Good Reason, in exchange for the Executive signing a separation and release of all claims agreement in a form acceptable to the Company, the Company shall provide the Executive with the following severance benefits in accordance with the timing set forth in Section 3.3(b)(v) below:

In the event of either an involuntary termination of the Executive's ’s employment Without Cause or a voluntary resignation by the Executive for Good Reason, in exchange for the Executive signing a separation and release of all claims agreement in a form acceptable to the Company, the Company shall provide the Executive with the following severance benefits in accordance with the timing set forth in Section 3.3(b)(v3.3(b)(iv) below:

In the event of either an involuntary termination of the Executive's ’s employment by the Company Without Cause or a voluntary resignation by the Executive for Good Reason, in exchange for the Executive signing a separation and release of all claims agreement related solely to the Executive’s employment in a form acceptable to the Company, the Company shall provide the Executive with the following severance benefits in accordance with the timing set forth in Section 3.3(b)(v3.3(b)(iv) below:
