Invoice dispute handling. In case an invoice is being disputed the DEBTOR. The debt collection process will immediately stop. MOVIANTO will ask the CLIENT to settle the dispute with the DEBTOR. The act of sending the invoice, however in dispute, will be considered as a payable action to MOVIANTO. However MOVIANTO provides a service in which it takes care of this process for the CLIENT. MOVIANTO will contact the CLIENTS salesperson in order to evaluate the dispute together with the SALESPERSON. An adequate follow up will be given to dispute.

  • Invoice Disputes In the event of an Invoice dispute in respect of Services being provided by Service Provider hereunder, Recipient shall deliver a written statement to Service Provider no later than ten (10) days prior to the date payment is due on the disputed Invoice listing all disputed items and providing a reasonably detailed description of each disputed item. Amounts not so disputed shall be deemed accepted and shall be paid, notwithstanding disputes on other items, within the period set forth in Section 2.02(b). The Parties shall seek to resolve all such disputes expeditiously and in good faith. Service Provider shall continue performing the Services in accordance with this Agreement pending resolution of any dispute.

  • Billing Disputes If Customer in good faith disputes any portion of any Supplier invoice, Customer shall submit to Supplier, within thirty (30) days following the date of the invoice, full payment of the undisputed portion of the invoice and written documentation identifying and substantiating the disputed amount. If Customer does not report a dispute within the thirty (30) day period, Customer shall have waived its dispute rights for that invoice.   • Disputed Invoices If an invoiced Party, in good faith, disputes the accuracy of the amount invoiced, the invoiced Party shall pay such amount as it in good faith believes to be correct and provide written notice stating the reasons why the remaining disputed amount is incorrect, along with supporting documentation. In the event the Parties are unable to resolve such dispute, either Party may pursue any remedy available at law or in equity to enforce its rights hereunder.   • Alternative Dispute Resolution The parties will attempt to settle any claim for non-payment of charges or recovery of overpayment of charges for the Services (hereinafter a "Billing Dispute"), through good faith negotiations. The arbitration award shall be made final within eight months of filing of the notice of arbitration and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court having competent jurisdiction. All participants and the arbitrator shall hold the existence, content and results of mediation and arbitration in confidence, except as necessary to enforce a final settlement agreement or to enforce an arbitration award. Each party shall bear its own expenses and equally share expenses related to the compensation of the arbitrator. The arbitrator's award shall be in writing and shall state the reasons for the award.

  • Arbitration Procedures Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Uniform Arbitration Act, except to the extent the provisions of such Act are modified by this Agreement or the subsequent mutual agreement of the parties. Judgment upon the award rendered by the Arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Any party hereto may bring an action, including a summary or expedited proceeding, to compel arbitration of any controversy or claim to which this provision applies in any court having jurisdiction over such action in Shelby County, Tennessee, and the parties agree that jurisdiction and venue in Shelby County, Tennessee are appropriate and approved by such parties.

  • Dispute Resolution Procedures (a) In the event a dispute arises about the interpretation, application, calculation of Loss, or calculation of payments or otherwise with respect to this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement (“SF Shared-Loss Dispute Item”), then the Receiver and the Assuming Institution shall make every attempt in good faith to resolve such items within sixty (60) days following the receipt of a written description of the SF Shared-Loss Dispute Item, with notification of the possibility of taking the matter to arbitration (the date on which such 60-day period expires, or any extension of such period as the parties hereto may mutually agree to in writing, herein called the “Resolution Deadline Date”).   • Direct Claim Procedures In the event an Indemnified Party has a claim for indemnity under Section 7.02 against the Indemnifying Party that does not involve a Third Party Claim, the Indemnified Party agrees to give notice in writing of such claim to the Indemnifying Party. Such notice shall set forth in reasonable detail such claim and the basis for indemnification (taking into account the information then available to the Indemnified Party). The failure to so notify the Indemnifying Party shall not relieve the Indemnifying Party of its obligations hereunder, except to the extent such failure shall have actually materially and adversely prejudiced the Indemnifying Party. If the Indemnifying Party does not notify the Indemnified Party within thirty (30) days following the receipt of a notice with respect to any such claim that the Indemnifying Party disputes its indemnity obligation to the Indemnified Party for any Losses with respect to such claim, such Losses shall be conclusively deemed a liability of the Indemnifying Party and the Indemnifying Party shall promptly pay to the Indemnified Party any and all Losses arising out of such claim. If the Indemnifying Party has timely disputed its indemnity obligation for any Losses with respect to such claim, the parties shall proceed in good faith to negotiate a resolution of such dispute and, if not resolved through such negotiations, such dispute shall be resolved by arbitration determined pursuant to Section 9.06.

  • Payment Disputes In the event of any dispute with respect to any payment hereunder, Producer shall make timely payment of all undisputed amounts, and Gatherer and Producer will use good faith efforts to resolve the disputed amounts within 60 Days following the original due date. Any amounts subsequently resolved shall be due and payable within ten Days of such resolution.
