INTRODUCTION TO THE EVALUATION PROCESS Clause Samples
The 'Introduction to the Evaluation Process' clause defines the purpose and scope of the procedures that will be used to assess proposals, products, or services under the agreement. It typically outlines the criteria, steps, and timeline for the evaluation, ensuring all parties understand how submissions will be reviewed and what standards will be applied. By providing this overview, the clause sets clear expectations and helps prevent misunderstandings about how the evaluation will be conducted, thereby promoting transparency and fairness in the selection process.
