INTRODUCTION; PARTIES. This Statement of Work (referred to herein as “this SOW” and referred to in the Master Agreement, as defined below, as “SOW 30NE”) is entered into pursuant to Article 13 and Article 30 of, and on execution shall be a part of, the Agreement for Number Portability Administration Center / Service Management System (the “Master Agreement”) between NeuStar, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Contractor”), and the North American Portability Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Customer”), as the successor to the Northeast Carrier Acquisition Contractor, LLC, a New York limited liability company.
