Seniority lists of part-time employees shall report to be posted on the bulletin board upon the signing of this room for the interview, during the interview periodAgreement and every six months thereafter. The Hospital may have a representative present at this interview. The parties agree that Union officials will not interview people without first obtaining prior permission from the Admini- strator or his appointee. The Hospital is agreeable agrees to including include Social Insurance Numbers Number in checkoff lists and/or seniority lists currently being supplied to the Union pursuant to the provisions of the Collective Agreement where such information is presently available on computer. During the term of the Agreement, the Hospital will attempt to make such information available for each bargaining unit. To the extent that this cannot be reasonably accommodated through the computer system or, where the Hospital is on a manual system, the Union will be provided on a time basis with the Social Insurance Number for each employee in the bargaining unit and such information will be updated with respect to new employees subsequently hiredlists. In addition to the foregoing, the Hospital will supply the Union with the addresses and classification of new employees when they are placed on the checkoff list for the first time. Copies of the seniority list will be supplied to the Union on request. Upon the posting of the seniority list, employees shall have thirty days in which to file complaints against their seniority standing, and if no complaints are filed, it is deemed that the seniority list as posted is correct. Interview Period. It is mutually agreed that upon commencement of employment all new employees will be advised of the existence of the Union and the conditions surrounding their employment.
