Common use of Interruption of Service Clause in Contracts

Interruption of Service. If required by Good Utility Practice to do so, Transmission Provider may require Interconnection Customer to interrupt or reduce deliveries of electricity if such delivery of electricity could adversely affect Transmission Provider’s ability to perform such activities as are necessary to safely and reliably operate and maintain the Transmission System. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.7.2:

Interruption of Service. If required by Good Utility Practice to do so, Transmission Provider may require Interconnection Customer to interrupt or reduce deliveries of electricity if such delivery of electricity could adversely affect Transmission Provider’s 's ability to perform such activities as are necessary to safely and reliably operate and maintain the Transmission System. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.7.2:

The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.7.2:

If required by Good Utility Practice to do so, Transmission Provider and/or Transmission Owner may require Interconnection Customer to interrupt or reduce deliveries of electricity if such delivery of electricity could adversely affect Transmission Provider's and/or Transmission Owner’s ability to perform such activities as are necessary to safely and reliably operate and maintain the Transmission System. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.7.2:

If required by Good Utility Practice to do so, Transmission Distribution Provider may require Interconnection Customer to interrupt or reduce deliveries of electricity to or from the Generating Facility if such delivery of electricity could adversely affect Transmission Distribution Provider’s ability to perform such activities as are necessary to safely and reliably operate and maintain the Distribution System and Transmission System. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.7.2:

The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.7.2:

If required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Reliability Standards to do so, Transmission Provider may require Interconnection Customer to interrupt or reduce deliveries of electricity if such delivery of electricity could adversely affect Transmission Provider’s 's ability to perform such activities as are necessary to safely and reliably operate and maintain the Transmission System. The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or any reduction permitted under this Article 9.7.2:

The following provisions shall apply to any interruption or reduction permitted under this Article 9.7.2:
