Interpretation of this Lease. 1.1 Each of the provisions of this lease and each clause and sub-clause hereof can be construed as independent of every other provision. If any provision shall be determined by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid and unenforceable then such determination shall not affect any other provision of this lease all of which other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
