Common use of International Shopping Clause in Contracts

International Shopping. (a) Except as provided in paragraphs 3(a) and 4 hereof, goods under Part A.2 of the Project, estimated to cost $300,000 equivalent or less per contract and $400,000 equivalent or less in the aggregate, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

International Shopping. (a) Except as provided in paragraphs 3(a) and 4 paragraph 2 hereof, goods under Part A.2 of the Project(office equipment, computers and vehicles) estimated to cost less than $300,000 200,000 equivalent or less per contract and contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $400,000 equivalent or less in the aggregate1,400,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

International Shopping. Goods under: (ai) Except as provided in paragraphs 3(a) and 4 hereof, goods under Part A.2 A of the Project, estimated to cost less than $300,000 500,000 equivalent or per contract, and (ii) Part B of the Project, estimated to cost less than $200,000 equivalent per contract and contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $400,000 equivalent or less in the aggregate250,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

International Shopping. Goods: (a) Except as provided in paragraphs 3(a) and 4 hereof, goods under for Part A.2 A of the Project, estimated to cost less than $300,000 equivalent or per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $700,000 equivalent; and (b) for Part B of the Project estimated to cost less than $300,000 equivalent per contract and contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $400,000 equivalent or less in the aggregate750,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

International Shopping. Goods (a) Except as provided in paragraphs 3(a) other than design and 4 hereof, goods under manufacturing technology for Part A.2 A of the Project, ) estimated to cost less than $300,000 2,000,000 but more than $250,000 equivalent or less per contract and contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $400,000 equivalent or less in the aggregate2,690,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

International Shopping. International Shopping. (a) Except as provided in paragraphs 3(a) Goods under Parts A, B and 4 hereof, goods under Part A.2 E of the Project, Project estimated to cost less than $300,000 100,000 equivalent or per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $200,000 equivalent, and goods under Parts C and D of the Project estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract and $400,000 equivalent or less in the aggregate, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
