Common use of International Services Clause in Contracts

International Services. 3.8.1 Where a customer is a South African holding company (the Customer) which has an international subsidiary who will be the service recipient (Service Recipient), the holding company and the subsidiary are jointly and severally liable under the Contract Documents. In the event of the termination of one or more of the Service(s) pursuant to a breach of the Contract Documents by the Service Recipient, the Customer shall repay to the Supplier on demand all reasonable costs, which the Supplier incurs as a result of the Service Recipient’s failure to comply with the Contract Documents or any cancellation hereof.
