Common use of Interior Flatwork Clause in Contracts

Interior Flatwork. 3.2.1 Interior flatwork is included for the completion of all concrete slabs on grade and supported slabs. 3.2.2 The Office Area floor slab on grade will be 4" thick and reinforced with one (1) layer of 6 x 6 1.4/1.4 EWWM. 3.2.3 Concrete strength to be 3000 PSI per drawings at 28 days. 3.2.4 Control joints will be provided as required by American Concrete Institute requirements. 3.2.5 Perimeter insulation consisting of 2" thick x 24" wide rigid board insulation will be laid flat below floor slabs at all exterior walls.
