Interest in Certain Engines. Each of Owner Participant, Owner Trustee and Trust Company agrees, for the benefit of the lessor, conditional vendor or secured party of any airframe or any engine leased, purchased or owned by Lessee subject to a lease, conditional sale or other security agreement, that it will not acquire or claim, as against such lessor, conditional vendor or secured party, any right, title or interest in any engine or engines as the result of such engine or engines being installed on the Airframe at any time while such engine or engines are subject to such lease, conditional sale or other security agreement.
