Interest Act of Canada. For the purpose of the Interest Act of Canada, the yearly rate of interest to which interest calculated on the basis of a year of 360 or 365 days is equivalent, is the rate of interest determined as herein provided multiplied by the number of days in such year divided by 360 or 365, as the case may be.

Interest Act of Canada. Solely for purposes of the Interest Act of Canada (R.S.C., c.I-15) and in respect of all or any portion of a calendar year, the annual rate of interest to which any interest rate herein is equal is such rate multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the total number of days in such year and the denominator of which is 360.
Interest Act of Canada. For the purposes of the Interest Act (Canada) and disclosure thereunder, whenever any interest or any fee to be paid hereunder or in connection herewith is to be calculated on the basis of a 365-day year, the yearly rate of interest to which the rate used in such calculation is equivalent to the rate so used multiplied by the actual number of days in the calendar year in which the same is to be ascertained and divided by 365. The rates of interest under this Agreement are nominal rates, and not effective rates or yields. The principle of deemed reinvestment of interest does not apply to any interest calculation under this Agreement.
