Common use of Interconnection Requests Submitted Prior to Clause in Contracts

Interconnection Requests Submitted Prior to. the Effective Date of these Procedures Nothing in this Standard affects an Interconnection Customer’s Queue Position assigned before the effective date of these procedures. The Parties agree to complete work on any interconnection study agreement executed prior to the effective date of these procedures in accordance with the terms and conditions of that interconnection study agreement. Any new studies or other additional work will be completed pursuant to this Standard.
