INTERBASE DESKTOP EDITION. For each InterBase Desktop Edition license purchased, Licensee may (a) install a single copy of the InterBase Desktop Edition software on a single device, for Licensee's internal data processing needs only; (b) execute a single instance of this installed copy on the device on which it is installed; and (c) access a single instance of this copy of the InterBase Desktop Edition software on the same device on which the instance is executing for use by one concurrent user at any one time to make up to 8 connections to the InterBase Desktop Edition software. InterBase Desktop Edition may only use, on one device, the specific number of CPU cores that are identified in the accompanying documentation for the particular version of InterBase Desktop Edition. Licensee shall provide safeguards to ensure no more than one concurrent user uses the Desktop Edition at any one time. Licensee may not use multiplexing or connection pooling software or hardware to reduce the number of users directly connected to the Desktop Edition software, the number of users installing or using Desktop Edition shall be measured as the number of distinct inputs to the multiplexing or connection pooling front end. Licensee's user may not connect to the Desktop Edition software via an unrestricted-access Internet application.

  • Internet Connectivity School must provide sufficient hardline internet connectivity and the required network configurations (provided in Exhibit A) for each Pixellot System to allow live broadcasts. PlayOn will provide the point-to-point wireless internet base station (“Point to Point”) when needed to deliver hardline internet connectivity to Pixellot Systems installed in outdoor venues; provided that PlayOn is able to select the make and model of the Point to Point system. In the event that School requests, or requires, a specific Point to Point system that is different from what is provided by PlayOn, then School must provide and install the Point to Point system at its own expense.

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.

  • Unbundled Network Terminating Wire (UNTW) 2.8.3.1 UNTW is unshielded twisted copper wiring that is used to extend circuits from an intra-building network cable terminal or from a building entrance terminal to an individual End User’s point of demarcation. It is the final portion of the Loop that in multi-subscriber configurations represents the point at which the network branches out to serve individual subscribers.

  • INTERNET-BASED SERVICES Microsoft provides Internet-based services with the software. It may change or cancel them at any time.

  • Standard Service Features Ethernet Access allows Customer to terminate single and/or multiple Ethernet Virtual Circuits (EVCs) from Customer equipment onto a single Ethernet Access UNI.

  • Misuse of Internet-based Services You may not use these services in any way that could harm them or impair anyone else’s use of them. You may not use the services to try to gain unauthorized access to any service, data, account or network by any means.

  • Helpdesk Customers must contact LightEdge Support to report service trouble or an outage with LightEdge Technical Support. LightEdge Technical Support will be available seven (7) days per week; twenty-four (24) hours per day; three hundred sixty-five days (365) days per year. LightEdge Technical Support provides support for network monitoring, trouble ticket resolution, and fault isolation up to the termination point of LightEdge provided Equipment. LightEdge Technical Support will accept trouble and outage related support calls from any customer representative. LightEdge will not perform any requested activity which may cause Service disruption or perform any changes to Service unless request is initiated by an Authorized Contact. LightEdge reserves the right to delay response on support tickets opened by anyone other than the Authorized Contact. Communication between Customer and LightEdge not initiated by Authorized Contact will not be subject to SLA remedies. All communications with Customer will be in the English language.

  • Web Hosting If Customer submits a Service Order(s) for web hosting services, the following terms shall also apply:

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to PCS for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers.
