INTER-UNION TRANSFER. If an employee is transferred from one UFCW Union's area to another in Southern California, the employee shall retain all seniority, but during a period of six (6) months from date of transfer, shall not displace any other employee, or reduce his hours. This clause shall not be applicable in the event of the application of Article 5.5.
