Common use of Intended Completion Date Clause in Contracts

Intended Completion Date. Unless terminated earlier pursuant to Sub-Clause 2.6, the Service Provider shall complete the activities by the Intended Completion Date, as is specified in the SCC. If the Service Provider does not complete the activities by the Intended Completion Date, it shall be liable to pay liquidated damage as per Sub- Clause3.8.Inthiscase,the Completion Date will be the date of completion of all activities.
