Insurance of Consumables. 13.3.1.5.1 This comprehensive cargo and transport insurance policy shall protect the Consumables during the transportation of the same to the Site against all risks of loss or damage normally insurable including war, strikes, riots and civil commotion from the time Consumables are ready for being loaded on to the relevant means of transportation at the Loading Point until arrival at the Site (warehouse to warehouse insurance). The sum insured under such insurance policy must not be less than 110% (one hundred and ten percent) of the full replacement value of the Consumables transported including freight and insurance charges. The policy conditions are expected to include:
