Insurance and Certain Other Laws. (a) AVIF (IVIF) will use its best efforts to comply with any applicable state insurance laws or regulations, to the extent specifically requested in writing by LIFE COMPANY, which efforts shall include, without limitation, the furnishing of information that is not otherwise available to LIFE COMPANY and that is required by state insurance law to enable LIFE COMPANY to obtain the authority needed to issue the Contracts in any applicable state.
