Insurance and Certain Other Laws. (a) AVIF will use its best efforts to comply with any applicable state insurance laws or regulations, to the extent specifically requested in writing by LIFE COMPANY, including, the furnishing of information not otherwise available to LIFE COMPANY which is required by state insurance law to enable LIFE COMPANY to obtain the authority needed to issue the Contracts in any applicable state.
Insurance and Certain Other Laws. (a) The Adviser will use its best efforts to cause the Fund to comply with any applicable state insurance laws or regulations, to the extent specifically requested in writing by Insurer. If it cannot comply, it will so notify Insurer in writing.

(a) AVIF (IVIF) will use its best efforts to comply with any applicable state insurance laws or regulations, to the extent specifically requested in writing by LIFE COMPANY, which efforts shall include, without limitation, the furnishing of information that is not otherwise available to LIFE COMPANY and that is required by state insurance law to enable LIFE COMPANY to obtain the authority needed to issue the Contracts in any applicable state.
