Common use of Instructor Incentive Clause in Contracts

Instructor Incentive. When an employee is authorized by management to act as an instructor or assistant in subjects such as survival skills, EPICS, CPR, MI, and LSCMI/WRNA, he/she shall receive an additional five percent (5%) differential to his/her regular pay for the following: preparation of up to one (1) hour of preparation time per training and hour for hour time for teaching or assisting in the teaching of classes.
