Instructor Incentive Clause Samples
The Instructor Incentive clause establishes the terms under which instructors are rewarded for their participation or performance in a program or course. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria for earning incentives, such as meeting certain enrollment targets, achieving high student satisfaction scores, or completing specific training modules. By clearly defining how and when incentives are earned, this clause motivates instructors to perform at their best and aligns their efforts with the goals of the organization, ultimately fostering higher quality instruction and engagement.
Instructor Incentive. When an employee is authorized by management to act as an instructor or assistant in subjects such as survival skills, EPICS, CPR, MI, and LSCMI/WRNA, he/she shall receive an additional five percent (5%) differential to his/her regular pay for the following: preparation of up to one (1) hour of preparation time per training and hour for hour time for teaching or assisting in the teaching of classes.
Instructor Incentive. Employees who are qualified instructors who actively teach the classes during the year shall be compensated with an annual bonus payable on the last payday preceding December 1 of each year in which they are so qualified in the amount of One Hundred Sixty Dollars ($160.00). The qualified instructor positions are as follows: Range Master/Less Lethal, FACTS (First Aid, CPR, BB Pathogens, AED), Defensive Tactics/Impact Weapons, Radar, E.V.O.C. (Emergency Vehicle Operations Course), Search and Rescue Liaison Officer, Reserves Liaison Officer, and the Sergeant in charge of the FTO program. The incentive will also be paid to members of the Special Response Unit (SRU). The incentive is limited to one One Hundred Sixty Dollar ($160.00) payment per employee, regardless of the number of classes or positions taught by that employee. The Sheriff makes the final determination on individual incentive payments, which shall not be subject to appeal or grievable.
