Installation Security. The Government reserves the right to exercise its authority to promulgate and enforce security regulations and prohibit, restrict, or regulate access to the Leased Premises for or relating to the security or mission of the Installation, the health, welfare, safety or security of persons on the Installation or the maintenance of good order and discipline on the Installation, as established in law, regulation, or military custom.
Installation Security. The Leased Premises is located on a secure Navy installation and LESSEE and any SubLessee(s) are required to comply with all applicable security rules, regulations; and procedures issued by the installation Commander/Commanding Officer. LESSEE shall acquire proper security clearance and badging by contacting Public Works Department at (805) 989- 8501. All employees of LESSEE or SubLessee(s) that are required by the installation to do so, shall obtain a security clearance to access the Leased Premises. Failure to obtain the required security clearance shall result in denial of access to the Leased Premises of LESSEE's or SubLessee'(s) employees. LESSEE and any SubLessee(s) agree(s) to hold harmless Government from any liability of any nature for financial or other losses incurred by LESSEE or any SubLessees(s) by reason of LESSEE's or any SubLessee'(s) employees failure to obtain security clearance for access to the Leased Premises.
Installation Security. 1. The respective military authorities at Sinop each shall develop a security plan covering the premises exclusively used by its own national element.
