Common use of INSPECTION PRIVILEGES Clause in Contracts

INSPECTION PRIVILEGES. Authorized agents of the Union will request and have access to the Company's establishments during working hours for the purpose of investigating conditions related to this Agreement and shall in no way interrupt the Company's working schedule.
