Common use of Inspection of Project Records Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Project Records. For purposes of demonstrating the economic development guaranteed by this Project, the Developer will cooperate with and permit any duly authorized representative of the Town Parties, during regular business hours of Developer and upon not less than ten (10) days’ prior written notice, to have access to and the right to examine the records and supporting documents required to be kept and maintained under this Agreement. Such access and right will terminate five (5) years following the Completion Date. Prior to such termination, the Developer will cooperate reasonably with the Town Parties in connection with any such examination. Any examination will be at the expense of the Town Parties.
