Inspection; Corrections; Additional Work. For the period commencing at least 30 Business Days prior to the Termination Date and continuing until the date on which the Aircraft is returned to Lessor in the condition required by this Lease, Lessee will provide for the review by Lessor and/or its representative all of the Aircraft Documents described in Schedule 1A. Immediately prior to and during the check referred to in Clause 1(a) of Schedule 4, Lessee, at its own expense, shall make the Aircraft and the Aircraft Documents available to Lessor’s representatives at the Return Location for inspection (“Final Inspection”) in order to verify that the condition of the Aircraft complies with the provisions of this Agreement. The period allowed for the Final Inspection shall have such duration as to permit the conduct by Lessor, at Lessee’s expense, of the following:
