Inspection and Maintenance Reports. Seller shall provide an inspection and maintenance report on the Facility to Buyer prior to the end of the third full month of the second Contract Year, the fourth Contract Year and every second Contract Year thereafter. This report shall be prepared at Seller’s expense by a California licensed contractor who is not the owner or operator of the Facility. A California licensed electrician shall perform the inspection of the electrical portion of the Facility.
