Privacy Policies Each party will make available a Privacy Policy that complies with Law. Xxxxxx’s Privacy Policy explains how and for what purposes Stripe collects, uses, retains, discloses and safeguards the Personal Data you provide to Stripe.
Safety Policy Each employer is required by law to have a safety policy and program. TIR will ask for and may require a copy of that policy and program.
SPAM POLICY You are strictly prohibited from using the Website or any of the Company's Services for illegal spam activities, including gathering email addresses and personal information from others or sending any mass commercial emails.
Other Policies All other matters relating to the employment of the Employee not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be subject to the general policies regarding executive employees of the Company as in effect from time to time.
General Policies (a) The evaluated job rate arrived at through official evaluation by the Joint Job Evaluation Board will be final and binding upon both parties to the Labour Agreement unless review has been requested as provided in Section 3(a)(ii)(c) or 3(a)(ii)(g). In case of such review the decision of the Job Evaluation Directors or, where appropriate the Independent Review Officer shall be final and binding upon both parties. Renewal Policies Not less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date of each insurance policy required pursuant to the Insurance Agreement, Mortgagor will deliver to Mortgagee either an appropriate renewal policy (or a certified copy thereof), together with evidence satisfactory to Mortgagee that the applicable premium has been prepaid.
