Initial Telephone Response Sample Clauses
The Initial Telephone Response clause requires a party to promptly respond to inquiries or notifications via telephone at the outset of a process or upon receiving a request. Typically, this clause sets a specific timeframe within which the initial call must be made, such as within 24 or 48 hours of receiving notice, and may outline who is responsible for making the call and what information should be communicated. Its core practical function is to ensure timely communication and facilitate swift action or coordination between parties, thereby reducing delays and misunderstandings at the beginning of a matter.
