Common use of Initial Price Clause in Contracts

Initial Price. The initial purchase price of Products shall remain in effect for twelve (12) months from the date of Commercial Release (the "Initial Price Period") unless adjusted hereunder. The price for such Product during the Initial Price Period shall be as set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto.
