Initial Payments to Contractor. Contractor shall be entitled to payment for Work that has been completed as of the effective date of such suspension or concerning which delivery has been suspended if such suspension has not ceased within ten (10) Days of the effective date of such suspension within thirty (30) Days of the issuance of an invoice therefore by Contractor.

Initial Payments to Contractor. Provided that suspension does not arise as a result of a default on the part of Contractor under this EPC Contract or on the part of Supplier under the Supply Contract, which has not been corrected, Contractor shall be entitled to be paid within 10 (ten) business days of its issuance of an invoice to Owner for all Work carried out up to the date of such suspension (excluding any work of correction) and for payments owing by Contractor to its Subcontractors for commitments made before such suspension which cannot be reasonably avoided.

  • PAYMENTS TO CONTRACTOR (a) Payments to Contractor will be made on a monthly basis and within thirty (30) days from receipt of a correct invoice or billing statement in accordance with the Texas Government Code, Chapter 2251, known as the Texas Prompt Payment Act. An invoice is considered received on the date it is date stamped by TFC. Contractor will be paid for completion of work accepted and approved by TFC’s Contract Administrator.

  • Payments to Consultant 5.1 The total compensation for Consultant’s performance of the Services shall not exceed the amount of Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000). City shall pay Consultant on a time and materials basis up to the “not to exceed” amount based on the hourly rates shown in Exhibit “B,” which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

  • Payment to Contractor The TOWN agrees to pay at the rates specified for SERVICES satisfactorily performed in accordance with this contract.   • Copies of Contract Documents to Contractor Without charge to the Contractor the Design Professional shall furnish to the Contractor up to five sets of completed Contract Documents in hardcopy, one set of reproducible and electronic background floor and reflected ceiling plan drawings and, if requested, one copy in read-only electronic format. The Contractor may obtain such additional sets of Contract Documents, as the Contractor deems necessary and shall pay the cost of reproduction of such additional sets to the Design Professional.

  • Payments to Subcontractors Develop and implement a procedure for the review, processing and payment of applications by subcontractors for progress and final payments.

  • Payment to Consultant Upon receipt of a properly prepared invoice and confirmation that the Required Services detailed in the invoice have been satisfactorily performed, City shall pay Consultant for the invoice amount within thirty (30) days. Payment shall be made in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Exhibit A and section 2.4, below. At City’s discretion, invoices not timely submitted may be subject to a penalty of up to five percent (5%) of the amount invoiced.
