  • Initial Grant Following the execution of this Agreement, the Executive shall be granted 500,000 options to acquire common shares in the capital of the Parent, with the price and terms of such options to be established by the Board of Directors of the Parent in accordance with the Parent's stock option plan.

  • Grant Date The Grant Date of the Option hereby granted is .

  • Anniversary Date A regular employee’s initial date of current employment with the Employer as a regular employee shall be her anniversary date for the purpose of determining benefits and for the purpose of determining increment anniversary date.   • Supported Initial and Renewal Registration Periods a. Initial registrations of Registered Names (where available according to functional specifications and other requirements) may be made in the registry for terms of up to ten years.

  • Vesting Date All remaining shares of Restricted Stock will become vested on the Vesting Date.

  • Initial Term The initial term will begin on the date set forth in the Contract documents or on the date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later.

  • Original Term The weighted average original term for the Receivables is at least 65 months.

  • Initial Registration Periods Initial registrations of registered names may be made in the registry in one (1) year increments for up to a maximum of ten (10) years. For the avoidance of doubt, initial registrations of registered names may not exceed ten (10) years.
