Initial Grant Following the execution of this Agreement, the Executive shall be granted 500,000 options to acquire common shares in the capital of the Parent, with the price and terms of such options to be established by the Board of Directors of the Parent in accordance with the Parent's stock option plan.
Grant Date The Grant Date of the Option hereby granted is .
Anniversary Date A regular employee’s initial date of current employment with the Employer as a regular employee shall be her anniversary date for the purpose of determining benefits and for the purpose of determining increment anniversary date. Supported Initial and Renewal Registration Periods a. Initial registrations of Registered Names (where available according to functional specifications and other requirements) may be made in the registry for terms of up to ten years.
Term Commencement Date The term of this Agreement shall commence on , 2020 (the “Commencement Date”) and, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, shall end on June 30, 2055 (the “Term”).
