Initial Assignment. All bargaining unit members employed by the Mountain View ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ School District are district employees. Their initial assignment shall be determined by the Superintendent in accordance with the law. Initial assignment is the initial placement of a bargaining unit member in a specific location and department(s) in the school district by the administration.
