The preceding obligation to request approval from BOSCH and/or to inform BOSCH is not applicable in case of non-Bosch-specific catalog goods (Components Off the Shelf). These PRODUCTS have neither been developed, nor changed nor adapted for BOSCH. SUPPLIER’s first deliveries after start of production and after implementation of the changes stated above must be identified according to BOSCH requirements. SUPPLIER shall document all changes of PRODUCT and of the process chain, including any validation, and present these to BOSCH upon request. SUPPLIER shall archive all contract-related and PRODUCT-relevant documentation and records, and - if applicable - source codes, for minimum 10 years starting from the date of the last delivery. If the SUPPLIER introduces the above-mentioned changes without the approval of RÖCHLING, Suspension RÖCHLING is entitled to the termination with immediate effect of development and/or maintenance existing supply agreements.
