Common use of Informal Level Clause in Contracts

Informal Level. When a cause for complaint occurs, the affected bargaining unit member(s) shall, within five (5) days, request a meeting with his/her immediate supervisor in an effort to resolve the complaint. The Association may be notified and a representative thereof present with the bargaining unit member at such meeting. If the bargaining unit member is not satisfied with the results of the meeting, he/she may formalize the complaint in writing as provided here under.

When a cause for complaint occurs, the affected bargaining unit member(sEmployee(s) shall, shall within five fifteen (515) days, business days of the alleged contract violation request a meeting with his/her immediate supervisor Supervisor in an effort to resolve the complaint.
