Common use of Informal Level Clause in Contracts

Informal Level. Within thirty (30) days after the occurrence of the act or omission giving rise to the grievance, or when the grievant should reasonably have known of the occurrence, the grievant shall attempt to resolve it by an informal conference with the immediate supervisor.

Informal Level. 17.2.1 Within thirty twenty (3020) days after the occurrence of the act of omissions giving rise to the grievance, or within twenty (20) days after the grievant reasonably should have known of the act or omission giving rise to the grievance, or when the grievant should reasonably have known of the occurrence, the grievant shall attempt to resolve it any complaint by an informal conference with the grievant’s immediate supervisorsupervisor before filing a formal written statement.
