Ineffective Provisions. If any of the provisions of this GSA is or becomes ineffective or inoperable, the effectiveness of the other provisions shall not be affected. In such event Parties shall agree on substituting such ineffective or inoperable provision with a new provision which achieves an economic result as similar as possible to that of the ineffective or inoperable provision.
