Common use of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Clause in Contracts

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. (MACAU) LIMITED as security agent and trustee for the Secured Parties (the “Common Security Agent”); and

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. (MACAUMacau) LIMITED Limited as security agent and trustee for the Secured Parties (the “Common Security Agent”); and

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. (MACAUMacau) LIMITED Limited in its capacity as security agent and security trustee for the Secured Parties under the Facilities Agreement (the “Common Security Agent”); and;
