Common use of Individual Coverage Clause in Contracts

Individual Coverage. The school board shall contribute the sum listed in Schedule A, attached hereto, toward the premium for individual coverage for employees employed by the school district who are not enrolled for dependent coverage in the district group health and hospitalization plan. Employees desiring coverage must so indicate to the Business Office.
