Common use of Indirect Traffic Clause in Contracts

Indirect Traffic. To the extent that CENTENNIAL and a Transiting Carrier or XXXX and a Transiting Carrier have entered into or may enter into contractual arrangements for the delivery of traffic for termination to the other Party’s customers, both Parties will accept this traffic subject to the compensation arrangements as outlined in Attachment I, Section 2 below.

Indirect Traffic. To the extent that CENTENNIAL and a Transiting Carrier or XXXX SPRINGPORT and a Transiting Carrier have entered into or may enter into contractual arrangements for the delivery of traffic for termination to the other Party’s customers, both Parties will accept this traffic subject to the compensation arrangements as outlined in Attachment I, Section 2 below.

Indirect Traffic. To the extent that CENTENNIAL and a Transiting Carrier or XXXX PIGEON and a Transiting Carrier have entered into or may enter into contractual arrangements for the delivery of traffic for termination to the other Party’s customers, both Parties will accept this traffic subject to the compensation arrangements as outlined in Attachment I, Section 2 below.

Indirect Traffic. To the extent that CENTENNIAL and a Transiting Carrier or XXXX DRENTHE and a Transiting Carrier have entered into or may enter into contractual arrangements for the delivery of traffic for termination to the other Party’s customers, both Parties will accept this traffic subject to the compensation arrangements as outlined in Attachment I, Section 2 below.

To the extent that CENTENNIAL and a Transiting Carrier or XXXX ACE and a Transiting Carrier have entered into or may enter into contractual arrangements for the delivery of traffic for termination to the other Party’s customers, both Parties will accept this traffic subject to the compensation arrangements as outlined in Attachment I, Section 2 below.

To the extent that CENTENNIAL and a Transiting Carrier or XXXX XXXXX COUNTY and a Transiting Carrier have entered into or may enter into contractual arrangements for the delivery of traffic for termination to the other Party’s customers, both Parties will accept this traffic subject to the compensation arrangements as outlined in Attachment I, Section 2 below.

To the extent that CENTENNIAL and a Transiting Carrier or XXXX SAND CREEK and a Transiting Carrier have entered into or may enter into contractual arrangements for the delivery of traffic for termination to the other Party’s customers, both Parties will accept this traffic subject to the compensation arrangements as outlined in Attachment I, Section 2 below.

Indirect Traffic. To the extent that CENTENNIAL and a Transiting Carrier or XXXX ALLENDALE and a Transiting Carrier have entered into or may enter into contractual arrangements for the delivery of traffic for termination to the other Party’s 's customers, both Parties will accept this traffic subject to the compensation arrangements as outlined in Attachment I1, Section 2 below.
