Management Performance. Program Employees represented by AMSP, IFPTE Local 21 are covered under the Management Performance Program, Section 3.3.2 of the City Policy Manual. Employees are eligible for performance-based pay increases as outlined in the Management Performance Program, Section 3.3.2 of the City Policy Manual.

Management Performance. Compliance with the terms of the Lease shall evidence that Lessee is performing its management responsibilities adequately. Management Performance. As determined on a calendar year basis, the Company shall make the following Equity Incentive Grants when the Committee issues a written determination that Management’s goals have been met which includes the target objectives of the CEO. The target bonus for the Employee shall be equal to 75% of the bonus paid to the CEO and determined by the Compensation Committee. The Bonus may be paid, at the election of Employee, in cash or shares of Common Stock (calculated at the fair market value of such shares as determined by the Board).

2. Submitted required reports in a timely manner, including video/baroscope inspections. 3. Negotiated and definitized change orders in a timely manner. 4. Selected and managed qualified subcontractors.
