Indenture Supplemental to Original Indenture. This supplemental indenture is supplemental to the Original Indenture within the meaning of the Original Indenture and the Original Indenture, all indentures supplemental thereto and this supplemental indenture shall, subject to Section 1.9 of the Original Indenture, be read together and have the effect so far as practicable as though all the provisions thereof and hereof were contained in one instrument.

Indenture Supplemental to Original Indenture. This First Supplemental Indenture is supplemental to the Original Indenture within the meaning of the Original Indenture. The Original Indenture, all indentures supplemental thereto and this First Supplemental Indenture shall, subject to Section 9.4 of the Original Indenture, be read together and have the effect so far as practicable as though all the provisions thereof and hereof were contained in one instrument. The terms and provisions contained in this First Supplemental Indenture will constitute, and are hereby expressly made a part of, the Original Indenture. The Issuer and the Trustees, by their execution and delivery of this First Supplemental Indenture, expressly agree to such terms and provisions and to be bound thereby; provided, however, that the provisions of this First Supplemental Indenture shall apply solely with respect to the Notes and that, except as expressly supplemented hereby with respect to the Notes, the Original Indenture shall continue in full force and effect and is in all respects confirmed, ratified and preserved. The Original Indenture and this First Supplemental Indenture shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument. In the event that any provision of this First Supplemental Indenture expressly limits, qualifies or conflicts with a provision of the Original Indenture, such provision of this First Supplemental Indenture shall control.
