Common use of Increase in Insurance Premiums Clause in Contracts

Increase in Insurance Premiums. If an increase in any insurance premiums paid by Landlord for the Property is caused by Tenant’s use of the Leased Premises in a manner other than as set forth in Section 1.10 of this Lease, or if Tenant vacated the Leased Premises and caused an increase in such premiums, then Tenant shall pay as additional rent the amount of such increase to Landlord. Tenant agrees to pay any amount due under this Section within ten (10) days following receipt of the invoice showing the additional rent due.
